Originally from New York, Dr. Joel Singer has maintained a cosmetic surgery practice in Connecticut for the past thirty years. Dr. Singer graduated from the Yale University School of Medicine, and completed his surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Yale New Haven Hospital and Rhode Island (Brown University) Hospitals respectively.
His areas of expertise are cosmetic surgery of the face and breast, and aesthetic surgery to improve the body's contours.
