Dr. Metzner practiced cosmetic plastic surgery in the New Orleans area for thirty years until he lost his home in Hurricane Katrina. He and his family decided to return to New England and he has moved his practice to Manchester, VT. where he is the plastic surgeon for The Vermont Center for Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. Patricia K. Farris, M.D., Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Farris, a board certified dermatologist, has special expertise in the treatment of aging skin and has lectured internationally on this subject. She is an authority on topical treatments for aging skin and cosmeceuticals. Dr. Farris serves as a consultant to a number of cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies where she collaborates on product development, marketing strategies and clinical testing. She is the author of 25 articles and two book chapters on a variety of subjects including cosmetic dermatology and skin care.
Dr Farris received two Presidential citations for her outstanding efforts as a communicator and serves as a spokesperson for the American Academy of Dermatology on number of subjects related to dermatology. She has appeared in over 200 health-related television segments on dermatology including appearances on Good Morning America, CNN, NBC Weekend News and Kathie Lee and Regis. She has been quoted extensively in newspapers and magazines including Newsweek, Allure, In Style and Oprah Magazine.
